Then, the goal was to track their improvements and close identified gaps over time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I&#8217;m no stranger to communication skills assessment, training, and coaching. I&#8217;ve been fortunate to have facilitated communication sessions for 1,000+ executives and leaders for almost a decade at the Lagos Business School \u2014 a prestigious institution named #1 in Africa by the 2025 Financial Times executive education ranking.
