I’m an international award-winning communications trainer<\/a>. I’m also a speaker, coach, advisor and multi-award-winning blogger. I wrote the Amazon bestselling business communications blueprint Influence and Thrive<\/em><\/a><\/span>, which is available across six continents in many outlets\/retailers\/libraries, including Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Waterstones, and the book website<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Specialising in effective communication, I help you \u2014 professionals, entrepreneurs, and business leaders \u2014 sharpen your communication skills so you can amplify your influence and thrive in your fields. I’ve been blogging about business communication and management issues for over 14 years. I hold two degrees from UK universities. And in May 2020, my alma mater, the London School of Economics & Political Science, did a very<\/em> cool thing: They named me \u2018Alum of the Month\u2019<\/a><\/span> for my profile and impact. As the founder and chief communications trainer at Rethinking Business Communications Limited, I offer online training, in-person and advisory services in nonverbal communication, public speaking, business writing, interpersonal communication, and leadership communication and influence. I work with professionals, executives, entrepreneurs, and leaders globally to amplify their influence and results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For my programmes, I apply my significant experience facilitating lectures and executive seminars (with a 4.9\/5 rating) at the prestigious globally ranked Lagos Business School (ranked #1 in Africa in 2025 by the Financial Times of London executive education ranking). I’m a simple lady at heart. Therefore, when I’m not obsessing about effective communication, I unwind by watching television. I’m a huge fan of detective programmes and fancy myself an expert in identifying the culprits. I also enjoy watching thrillers, (meaningful) action flicks, and dramas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have a sweet tooth and love wine gums (for my US connections, the closest equivalent is gummy bears), chocolate, and ice cream. My late dad used to call me the ‘cheese monster’ when I was younger because of my love for cheddar cheese, and that love hasn’t diminished in adulthood.\u00a0 Just so you know how to get in my good graces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
