Hi Lucille. Please feel free to post any of my comments. I don't have a favourite quote, however, of all your blog topics, I favour the ones on Communication.
My reason is that without the ability to communicate and relate to others, the chances of influencing and getting them to listen to what you have to say, and then consider your reasons for saying it, will make your task so much harder to achieve.
For me, the ability to communicate tops all others, because that is the starting point in order to make progress and get your message across. If people don't want to listen to you, all the other management tools you have in your armoury are rendered useless.
